Cherry Bomb

Without this album we would not have a Flower boy, or an IGOR, or an CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST, or a CHROMAKOPIA, or a DON'T TAP THE GLASS. We probably would of got shit albums from Tyler and his career would be ruined if he hadn't found his wings. I liked all the songs aside from RUN and KEEP DA O'S. The outro is one of Tyler's best ever songs. It's extremely cinematic and is a perfect closer for an album full of the chaos of finding your true potential and purpose. The biggest problem for me about this album is that the sounds are all over the place. Of course his goal was to find new sounds and styles but I fell that you will start off with DEATHCAMP and you expect an album with loud and crazy riffs but by the time you reach FIND YOUR WINGS it sounds like your listening to a whole different album. But it is obvious the amount of effort he put into this, even having famous jazz and funk musicians helping form new sounds. But every time Tyler drops an album I go back to this project and see where its stems from. Most over hated album for sure.
