After over seven years and two more albums of Kendrick this album stays an absolut masterpiece. I've listened to To Pimp A Butterfly over and over, a truly uncountable amount of times, but each time I understand more. Each time I discover a new detail, that rounds the album a little more. I completely realized that after writing a seminar paper on The Blacker The Berry and how it reflects the climate of black people in a white america.
