i am the lead singer and writer for this band and i would like to say that i do not actually think the beatles suck!! it’s a commentary on how it sucks that you have to be in a cover band nowadays to make money as a local musician, and in this instance i wanted to reference a band covering the beatles. its a selfish song, but it grew on me because i still agree that it sucks that you can’t make money on the stuff you enjoy playing and the stuff that has your emotions in it. idk ... read more
