Madonna's most impressive record to date, it is also by far her most lyrically mature as it introduces to us her spiritual awakening as well as the joy of motherhood. In this album also showcases her most extensive vocal training that she had underwent for the filming of Evita that was released in 1996. Her 90s album run is impressive as a whole, but the closer that is Ray of Light triumphs over.
