I think this album manages to capture a small part of what the very weird experience that is growing up and figuring yourself out while having access to the internet including all of the bad news all of the time is like and I think the resulting disillusionment with the world and sense of detached irony that most in that generation develop shines through here. I adore this soundtrack. It is beautifully atmospheric and was a huge part of why I enjoyed the game it's from as much as I did
