i’ve been listening to this album a lot and i kinda love it more every time. the first half especially is just sooo good. what i really like about it is how versatile jennie sounds here. you can tell she’s actually interested in experimenting and not just doing the safest possible thing. out of all the solo projects from the members of blackpink this is by far the most ambitious and one thing i really respect about her is how involved she is in everything… you can tell this album wasn’t just something that was given to her by a label. that’s one of the reasons why she has always been my favorite member. she really feels like a true artist. and listening to this after “deadline” just reminds me how badly blackpink needs to disband because jennie clearly has so much potential on her own. like girl RUN from that group right now and save us please because this album proves she does not need it anymore !!!!!!!
