Loved this album. I was expecting going into this it would be more of the more atmospheric (I want to call it shoegaze but its not really) stuff like their previous album and while I enjoy it a lot I do think that's a sailed ship now. I love Lorna shore, that symphonic sound they go for I think is really well done and when they first started producing new music those crazy breakdowns did in fact sound crazy. The guitar work on their songs is great too, Cursed to die I think has some of the best examples of this (I think it was this song anyway lol). Album has that general vibe of downing 2 energy drinks at once, all sorts of crazy riffs, heavy breakdowns but then some really good more melodic riffs like the second half of behind those eyes which going back to that analogy feels like that moment when your heart calms down for a few mins. Coming from their older stuff I was a bit worried when I heard this was more of a djent album but the goat joshua travis made some incredible riffs with this. Sure its been mentioned to death but they do have a lot of similarities to linkin park, the way I would describe this album to someone would be linkin park without the hip hop. Sounds amazing though, I love falling apart it reminds me a bit of the band earshot
