hypnotic, uplifting, dynamic, textured, like the missing link between sweet trip and fishmans/polaris. a cascading set of hazy images taken from melancholic moments in your life: the sunsets, the streets, the skyline, the smiles, the dreams.
Loving how the Aquaphoria project influenced her to make tracks like these and further explore the ethereal aquatic imagery. The longing in her voice and the water sample at the end...so gorgeous. Everything feels more slow-burn and contemplative. Can't wait for the album
Incredible voice and selection of songs. It's as if Scott Walker & Diamanda Galas demonized Weyes Blood and it resulted in this. An infernal baroque record. Intense, gorgeous & massive.
