altogether unserious and sincere, sentimental, scary, hilarious, anxious, and ecstatic. and just hard. shit doesn't make sense, but as the last track psalm 23:1 says, this is how it's meant to go. "heavensent, it's no accident that you are in my life."
there are very few other albums for me that sound like what it feels like to be alive now, in all its confusion and beauty.
I don't understand why people are hating on Quicksand, it's one of my favorites on the album.
Asides from being an absolutely gorgeous listen, the subject matter strikes a very personal chord with me.
Some songs could be a little shorter (like Notget) but overall it's one of my favorites this year.
