This album has one of the best first half’s of any indie rock album…it also has one of the weakest second half’s. I think that’s the story with the killers throughout their discography. They know how to make some real long lasting hard hitting classics but I don’t think any of their albums really nail the landing as a full project.

This album single handedly re awoke my inner emo. The album has a real nostalgic feeling about it, sure some of the lyrics are corny and the violin can sometimes sound repetitive and jarring but I think this is a perfect time capsule of what made pop punk so popular in the 00s.

In my opinion this is the first serious project Tyler’s dropped since the huge success of IGOR and with huge pressure and anticipation I can say that without a doubt CROMAKOPIA is on par and in some aspects I think a stronger album than IGOR there’s something here for everyone the deep self reflection from Tyler really makes people wonder again is this another alter ego or is this Tyler laying it on the line, either way it’s gorgeous and keeps me wanting to go back to see if ... read more

My personal favourite project from the guys a foals.

I Just think they get the atmosphere so right. I think the thing I've always loved about foals is their way to make just elevate any track to just take it to another level and I think total life forever has the most consistent line-up of tracks that do this.
