Wasn't sure at first but after a few goes it has grown on me. The songwriting on the whole is really good - most of the songs are really catchy and the vocals are particularly good. For me it doesn't quite have the cohesion to work as a whole album which is where Blue Weekend really stands out but I am sure I will return to my favourite tracks for a while.

Best: White Horses, The Sofa

This may be my favourite Simz album to listen from front to back. It doesn’t have the highs of SIMBI or Gorilla but has the best flow and consistency in my opinion.

Top tracks: Only, Free, Lotus

This was an interesting one and has taken a while for me to formulate my opinion on all the songs. I really like the general direction the sound is and what this album particularly showcases is the group's tightness as a band while allows some songs to really shine. The Warning - Keep Me Fed

Is it arguably a bit safe and samey? Yes.
Does it matter to me? No.

Had this on repeat for a while it makes me happy every time.

On a more objective view, the songs are super catchy and although most follow the same sort of pattern there is enough variation to keep it interesting to me, particularly in the later parts of the album.

Best songs: S!CK, Consume, Sharks, Automatic Sun
Best moment: The first "APOLOGIZE!"
