i like this show idgaf, i really hope the ending isn't bad.
watching this performance made me gain a new appreciation for 808s & Heartbreak. Why does no one talk about this performance?
when does he ever miss. very excited to see what direction the new albums gonna go but i hope it continues do go deeper into the dark, culty vibes
One of the most crazy albums ever bruh.
This shit is so fucking loud and abrasive yet it's literally pure sonic bliss.
People will call this 'overproduced noise pollution' but this is some of the most genius production I have ever heard. If you truly listen to this you will begin to realize that these aren't just random noises stacked on top of each other, every sound is intentional, every synth line is catchy, every guitar riff is beautiful, and even though there can be ... read more
A personal fav of mine.
To me, this album feels like a collection or 'Scrapyard' of different emotions, it reminds me of reading someone's diary and in every song the music perfectly matches these feelings.
Each song has such a visceral and textured atmosphere depending on which vibe Quad is going for. For instance, in some songs Quad's vocals are distorted and drowned out to capture the feeling of insecurity (Dustcutter & Being Yourself) , while others have a clearer ... read more
you can say that his rapping and lyrics are a tad bit annoying , but he is such an amazing producer that i'll let it slide this time .
This album wasn't the worst thing in the world, but it was predictable, a slog to get through and there's still 2 MORE AS WELL.
For the most part this album is pretty well produced, but drake is always talking about some annoying and uninteresting bs. There were a few standout songs in the first half like 'Make Them Cry' and 'National Treasure', but most songs are a snooze-fest or just straight up bad (especially in the back half of the album).
Also, like half ... read more
holy shit. There is not one second of this album that i am remotely bored.
Slayr's 'Bloodluxe' is colorful, entertaining, melodic, masterfully produced, and slayr (only 18) is bringing something new to the 'rage' genre.
It feels actually feels insulting calling this album rage, as slayr's sound is so versatile, dynamic and genre-blending. I do love rage music, but the main flaw i feel with it is that it can sometimes seem low effort, with the same 4 bars ... read more
while she's not really not doing anything new or unique, this has bangers and it is very re-playable.
this is unironically better then ye has made in the last like 4 years. The production is great and north is credited at the producer, idk if believe that, but if she did produce this, that's so much talent from a 12 year old. Either way she is working with a great team, I do wish her vocals were a lil better but i'm sure that will come in time.
Overall, im really happy that she isn't doing some commerical and bland nepo-baby music, she has so much potential, def inherited her ... read more
this album is SO cinematic, some of the best world building in any album. The concept is great, i love how the album is like a descent into madness as the protagonist gets close to the 'horizon'. I would also suggest watching the movie cos its great too.
Yes it's an ambitious, larger than life, concept album but it still feels so personal and relatable (the production is beautiful as well) . TS IS INCREDIBLE and quadeca is SO damn talented.
