Very solid project. It certainly drags out immensely, and with many similar sounds, it can become a chore to listen to if the production and style is not appealing to you. Although there are 56 different rappers featured, it doesn't seem like there is truly that much variety in sound. Great production, great writing throughout.
Very underrated. Many of the critiques call the album boring, but I think it is just the melancholic tone that Goldlink establishes for the majority of the album. It is deliberately a more sad and somber project. There are certainly a handful of lackluster songs, but there are also great songs on here, particularly Zipporah, which is one of Goldlink's most soulful and captivating songs.
