Feeling X’s and O’s cause this shit hits to close to home.
Malcolm Todd’s Do That Again feels like lovesick puppy, with Malcolm yearning on many tracks for this person. In normal Malcom fashion the whole album contains a consistent grooviness that parallels his projects, just with a bit more experimenting in what he could do with the production. Personally, Do That Again reminds me of an alternate version of how my life is going. A version where instead of moving past my love ... read more
Vince might be building up to his most intense listen, and I’m all for it. Crybaby might be aoty.
Honestly, a lot better than the ep provides. Fakemink’s Terrfied . Is a very good showing of what Fakemink id best at which is making catchy tracks, which ge excels at across the album’s front to back.
I fuck with the production, but there is a major problem. Jpeg’s verse’s have gone stale like moldy bread. The same recycled verses over and over litter throughout the whole project making some parts tedious, even with the production still up to standard compared to the rest of his discography.
Drake and house music may never connect well and that’s ok, but Drake you gotta let it rest.

The more that Is sit with this ep, the more it connects with me. The colourful sounds that surround and make Fete de la vanille what it is connect with me.
Intense, impressive and a goldmine. This shit is genuinely a jackpot (no pun intended)
Something about this album fascinates me, whether it be randomly placed songs, it’s enamouring track count or when it finds a good pocket of songs that actually work. Now there is one glaring issue with this album, that being it’s amount of tracks and the lengths of the tracks, very many of these track are either 5 secs transitioning tracks or 1~2 minutes ideas of tracks that never really go anywhere interesting unless it is overstimulating my senses. In writing this, I must admit ... read more
I feel the same sense of feeling I had when I was first diving into Tyler, Brockhampton and Kanye records. Drive Home is definitely worth a listen for any fans of the formerly mentioned artists.
The more that time goes on for Genesis Owusu’s Smiling With No Teeth, the more I don’t think another will encapsulate the sporadic, but groovy fee this album sends me to. Throughout its runtime funky bass licks, captivating vocal performances, with chill but also punchy tracks make Smiling With No Teeth an album to remember and comeback too for years to come.
Comparatively speaking to everything ye has released in the past, BULLY is probably the closest he has returned to form since Donda. Now, is the album perfect? No, but it does show a lot more promise in terms of production and writing quality (even with the unfortunate pieces of ai that hopefully are temporarily sprinkled in). Even if ye never fully returns to what he once used to be. This album at least to me shows pretty good set of track with around 75% being decently good, with some pretty ... read more
Up there for one most explosive listens of the year. Slayyyter’s definitely going to be someone I’ll be listening too for years to come.
One of the best pop records of the decade, some fun and most expressive production choices of current day pop centred music. Truly, someone to keep looking out for in the upcoming future.
