Song of the summer but not really cause its winter but you get the jist
My Endroll is an EP that has managed to stay in the back of my mind for multiple years now, desopite only being 4 songs. Batta has consistently put out music that manages to feel emotional even through a language barries, due to the very impressive instrumentals which are supported by the relatively good vocals. While at times the album tries to have some meaning and show what was like for an American teenager in the late 90s, any message attempted falls flat with lyrics which are at times borderline unlistenable and guitar riffs which rarely exceed mediocre. The album does not take itself seriously and similarly should not be taken as a serious attempt to make art, but as a somewhat fun but uninspiring expression of self.
