Hey I found that one City Pop song that I heard so much. "Dress Down" was one of the earliest introductions to the genre I have had and yeah with this yet another listen it's still such a quality listen! But this album has more to offer than a popular track to put over 90's anime clips. There's "Yoru ga Owaru Toki", "Love Letter", and the closer "Tsukiyo" which are all also great listens for all of your city pop needs. It unfortunate that this is Kaori's only album release cause she has all the tools to be amongst the mainstays of the genre that has seen a bit of a resurgence in recent years. But with the one record we do have, while it's not the best overall city pop I personally have heard, I am happy with what I have been offered.
