DOWN BY LAW: CeeLo green is back! I haven't heard him since he was a Judge for The voice all those years ago! Nice to hear from you again! You sound as great as I remember! Liking the organ and horns to start things off. Loving the production! Great start to this album!

SUED TEARS: atmospheric piano intro with some talking, but once the rapping begins My ears just start gleaming! The backing vocals are just amazing! I can just feel the passion of their singing in my soul! The production just keeps on getting better as the song goes on I LOVE IT!

RUN: Starts off with an intimidating atmosphere and someone talking about the pretty dark reality of being a person of color that it does feel like you are storming Normandy. But then the music starts to become the opposite side of the emotional spectrum and is more uplifting as the man encourages you to keep pushing forward despite the harsh conditions surrounding you. Then before the rapping commences he encourage you by being true to who you are despite any mistakes you make a long the way, and gives the listener a push to LEAD cause we got your back! The next thing that perked my ears is the backing vocals once again stealing the show! I like the oooing! I didn't pay close attention after this since I just let the song carry me. So I was just vibing / jamming to what I was hearing the rest of the way.

NRICH:The production iss great like the rest of the album so far but I gotta say, yoo! I need to hear more from Eryn Allen Kane what a voice! And I am happy to hear 6lacks smooth vocals after all these years.

SLUMMER: It was good stuff but then we suddenly get to the harmonic section and it just goes on another level for me. Then the female singing around me was just sublime. Then we are back to rapping with just a piano backing hum so you can focus on what the man is spiting. We finish the song off with some nice atmosphere before the Guy has some final words to say.Great track that only got better as it went along

Ok this review is getting long so I will just give the highlights of each song that I enjoyed. Plus I doubt you want to read an analysis of each song by some chump new to this genre in general. ANYWAYS

SCIENTIST AND ENGINEERS: Love the synths, backing vocals great as always,OH IT'S ERYN NO WONDER I LIKE IT SO MUCH! Future does his thing, which is fine and doesn't hurt anything usually.

TWO DAYS: It's ok in comparison to the other songs so far. Nothing that grabs my attention.

SPACESHIP VIEWS: great Production like usual, I think it's Kaash Page with the female vocals? Yeah she added to the vibes that carries this song to me. Well that's pretty much all I cared to pay attention to since I enjoy vibing to shit. Good stuff.

EXIT 9: Shout out to the bass! This is my first time hearing him, but Blxst sounds good! This album is also my first impression of Killer Mike himself and he's also a good baseline for his guests to build off of.

SOMETHING FOR JUNKIES: Eh it's ok I guess.

MOTHERLESS: Eryn is back! She's a prominent presence in this album and you won't hear me complaining! Man Killer's flows and her graceful singing compliment each other SO well! This mii be my favorite song yet!

DON'T LET THE DEVIL: The production is once again the only thing that perks my ears.

HIGH & HOLY: it's a solid and pretty unmemorable way to finish of this great album full of highlights.

So yeah this was my first time listening to a rap album ever, and it's really good!
