The target audience of this album is definitely Americans that have recently become obsessed with the EU and Europe. Not sure why that's happening, maybe they saw a universal healthcare edit, and I guess that dolphin pic launched Zara Larrsson back into the mainstream in time for her new album. This demographic and electropop definitely forms a venn diagram.

Boards of Canada - Inferno

Whilst I don't consider myself well-read on Boards of Canada theories, etc, I got really hooked on this duo after listening to what surely istheir magnum opus - Geogaddi. Geogaddi had me contemplating sacred geometry and coming to terms with the invisible, mathematical blueprint of the universe in my head (or at least as far as I could imagine!). There was this cold, sinister character to it.
