This is Tylers weakest albums if we exclude everything before Flower Boy. I like the beats but it sounds to much like things he has done before. His vocals are weak but not bad. This album dont have a consept like every other Tyler album and that bumps it down a bit. Some of the stronger tracks on this album are Ring Ring Ring and Sugar On My Tongue. The weakest track is Mommanem but it feels more like a intrelude then a song.
Ants From Up There is going down in history books as a classic rock album. Isaac Wood preforms one of the best vocal performances in music history and anyone that disagree is wrong. For me it was a top 5 album first listen. The Place Where He Inserted The Blade is one if not the best song ever and Basketball Shoes is also a masterpiece.
At first i hated Death Grips and Bottomless pit but it grew on me more and more. I love the aggresive sound and MC rides vocals on this project. Its a strong album but its not perfect becuse of some song like BB Poison and Warping but its almost a 10 for me. It has some of my top tracks ever like Giving Bad People Good Ideas and Bottomless Pit.
