Chetta - Been Here Forever
88

Even with the jump in both production, and rapping capability, Chetta still continues to be an overlooked and underappreciated part of the G59 record label. While you might find his autotune or voice inflections on most songs annoying I absolutely dig it. It makes seem so original and never stale as he never sticks with one flow or voice too often in any song. It puts Chetta in a position where he doesn't need to rely on features as he can change his own voice or delivery so keep things new and ... read more

Very exciting first project from an up and coming artist. The aesthetic is definitely there and the production is superb. The main area of improvement is the song writing

I appreciate the memphis sound, and honestly all of these songs are really good! I've heard very mixed reviews about the voices, and my stance is that I really appreciate them. I wouldn't want the boys to keep doing these voices for most of their music, but if they dropped a track here and there with them in the future I would be all for it. They still hit really hard. I can see how others might not like it though

Outro dope af, and I'm kinda glad the album is different sounding from their previous tapes, but I do not want another Vol 3 to drop. If this album mid idk what imma do

This project is the tape that put me onto Homixide Gang as a duo. Their ability to work together and come off of one another's verses and choruses is enviable as they almost sound like the same person just using slightly different mixing and delivery. While this project doesn't set out to do much in it's 9 track and 15 minute run time, it does provide enjoyable songs that you can put on while gaming, at the gym, or at a concert. Since the new underground sound is still new this tape sounds new ... read more
