Infest the rats’ nest is one of King Gizzard greatest albums. So when announced, another record from the band in the metal genre sounded like a garantid success. And it is! A culmination of everything I've come to expect from King Krule thus far. The dreary atmosphere is here like usual, but this time with a warmer sound that in some ways reminds me of his first album. The vocals and lyrics are fantastic. I especially like the theme of space and how it's used to (in my interpretation) describe failing relationship.
