Some really strong and well done segments on this record, but it still is very jarring and unforgiving at times. This album truly puts you in the shoes of an Alzheimer's patient. N1 is the best track on the album, it is basically a warm up to stage 6 and it is really good ambient noise.
"Everywhere At The End Of Time: Stage 1" is a really strong start to a really strong album, it takes music from the Roaring 20s and Depressing 30s to create a tranquil and uneasy atmosphere. These songs sound relatively clear but tracks like "A5 - Slightly Bewildered" & "B3 - Quiet Internal Rebellions" suggest otherwise... It is a perfect setup. The melodies, atmosphere, and undertone mix together just fine.
has some of my favs from the caretaker but also some tracks that make you question why you're listening...
My favorite track: Dusk memory fraction
love the hell out of it, what happened when making the track "Home"? the track feels so out of place
