This is the best cure album by far, it embodies their full potential and is overall a great project. its also probably in my top 20 favourite albums.

The top is a very mixed bag in my opinion, on one hand it has some of their most interesting material, and on the other hand its just very bland and boring

its such a shame that bowie never got to see the amount of sucsess that this album would achieve, because this is one of his best. its sad because there is also the concept of death that runs throughout this album, with bowie knowing he would die and essentially making an album of it. an overall masterpiece of an album

skeleton tree balances out its somberness with the ability to sound unique and unnerving at times. overall an amazing album and one of the most interesting pieces of music i have ever heard.
best songs: jesus alone, magneto, anthrocene, skeleton tree, but by far the best song on here is distant sky

of every bowie album this is the lowest of the low, partially due to the fact that he didn't even write these songs. if i were to be asked which bowie album to start with i wouldn't even think of pinups. Every song on here lets this album down apart from 'sorrow' which is the only single that came off of this album.
