One of my favorite releases from Pinhead Gunpowder. 11 minutes of punk tracks, leaning more into the pop-punk stylings brought by Billie Joe than normal.
Fall Out Boy offers a solid live album showcasing their MSG performance. There are times where the imperfections in Patrick's live vocals are apparent throughout and some of the live mix sounds off in places. It's a fun listen front-to-back but none of these live versions were as good as their studio counterparts.
Very generic metal album. Nothing special here and two or three decent tracks really save the overall rating from the rest of the songs that range from very bland and inoffensive to just overall bad.
It's an AC/DC album. You know what you are getting at this point by this time in their career. There is nothing groundbreaking here, but it has a few fun tracks in that classic AC/DC style. The album definitely feels frontloaded with a long run of bad to mediocre tracks from Decibel - Rocking All The Way before finishing on a decent closing track. While undoubtably one of the most iconic rock albums of all-time with some of the greatest and most fun classic rock tracks, there are a couple of weaker elements in the non-singles. An overall fantastic album filled with energetic riffs and vocals. Well deserving of its place in music history.
