Oddprophet - The Tempest Pt. 1

I can not get enough of this EP. All the tunes are insane and on point, mixdown is extremely solid and the flows are other worldly. The tempo switches, though done many times before by other people in the industry, are extremely clean and sometimes suspenseful. I can not sing this collection enough praises, highly recommend all tracks.

Cyclops - Tear Jerker (Remixes)

These remixes are very hit or miss. Akeos', Daeya's, msft's, Soltan's and Spag Heddy's remixes are the one that I really enjoyed out of the comp, elevating such a harsh, annoying tune to something extremely pleasant, with Spag Heddy's remix being by far my favourite on the collection. The way he managed to use very old-school sounds in modern mixing is so good, has an exceptional amount of energy, and is just a great tune to sit down and jam out to. Soltan's ... read more

In comparison to his last Disciple EP released back in 2021, this one just isn't to nearly the same quality. The tracks overall just feels so empty and very shallow, with exception to "Fiend" with NRVE, which ended up being the only one I actually liked from the EP. The sound design in some areas can be quite harsh and irritating. In general the EP just feels like a disappointment, especially when Cyclops' "Chain Reaction" EP was so much more creative and fun, yet ... read more

Dyatic - The Third Kind

What an album! I'm in so much amazement by the diversity of the tracks we get here. So many genres, so many flows, incredible sound design and all the tunes are incredibly infectious. "Insights" is a very gripping intro track, and did a really good job of setting the tone of the album and also showing a slight showcase of what to expect sound design wise in this entire collection. "A Gaze From A Monster" also does a very good job of closing off the LP as well with one ... read more

beastboi. - WINGZ & FANGZ

beastboi. does it again. Honestly one of the most creative and interesting producers in the industry at the moment, showing absolutely no signs of stopping. Love the concept of having 2 very distinct sections on the LP for both melodic and house-related tunes, and the other for having a dark, gritty and aggressive atmosphere. Some of my stand outs for this EP are "SO HIGH" with Jack Blom, "FRONT SEAT", "COMPULSORY" and "SCREAM 4 ME".

Syzy - The weight of the world

An absolutely astonishing LP. With so many different sounds, melodies, and atmospheres, and the intertwining of both the heavy and melodic side of bass music, really makes this collection so fresh, even on repeats. I also really love some of the callbacks to the older styles of dubstep music, especially the final drop in "Geat a grip!" with Neonix and the first drop in "DOPE1" with Olswel.
