And with that, I'm done the Big 3. Funnily enough, each of them sounded vastly different from one another. No wonder why people have such a hard time with shoegaze taxonomy. This was probably the least shoegazy but I didn't think it detracted from it much. If anything, the undistorted drums added a lot of personality to it. At 1 hour and 12 minutes long it's also the longest of the three, and I definitely see places where they could have cut some fat.

Hi - you do realise that the 'proper' release of 'Nowhere' had a 39 min run time.... 8 perfect tracks (ending with 'Vapour Trail' ) without the fat of additional tracks to help satisfy our US cousins who otherwise might have felt short changed.....
