One of the best debut albums of any band! Honestly, I believe it’s quite slept on. You’ll probably know “Take Me Out”, which is a great song, don’t get me wrong, but other tracks such as “The Dark of the Matinée”, “Michael”, and “40'” deserve much more praise in my opinion. Great post-punk vibes and Kopranos’ voice is the perfect balance of hypnotic and haunting!
One of the best hyperpop albums out there! Loved just about everything from the instrumentation, strange yet catchy vocals, and all the themes presented across the many songs! It’s one of those albums that’ll get stuck in your head on a first listen, very impressive!
