First review- and for a worthy album! Monet just demonstrated a near-flawless album on the 2023 debut Jaguar II. The album is cohesive both sonically and thematically. It's albums like these that demonstrate the timeless nature of R&B music. Monet clearly deserves to be a mainstream artist no more than any other. Hopefully this album will put the spotlight on her (altho I doubt it, she didn't even make front page aoty ;-;)
