I actually like this song even if nobody else does 💔💔💔
My goodness, the moment the first chug of the guitar, clank of the bass, and slam of the drums hit, I changed as a human being. The samples are top notch, absolutely hilarious. This album is the deftones equivalent of Life is Peachy. It’s got the bands best highs and lows. It’s ominous, melodic, heavy, and experimental. It has beautiful slow burn tracks like Beware and Xerces as well as tracks that let you know right what you’re in for like Hole in the Earth, Kimdracula, and Cherry waves. I was never sure why this was considered a low point for deftones as it’s one of their strongest.
