Damn I forgot how GOOD this album is, consistent all the way throughout from start to finish with an amazing and relevant message that still holds up to this day. Definitely one of the best debut albums out there.
Honestly a top 10 ULTRAKILL track that basically nobody ever gets to hear since the game muffles music while underwater by default.
"MASSAGE YOUR FUN HOLES"
Make it Wit Chu is such a banger but unfortunately Era Vulgaris has only good songs so I wouldn't even consider this being my favourite song from that album. The covers are pretty dang good too.
I'm not crazy I know this version of Make It Wit Chu is different from the LP version, it has a shortened guitar solo and the song cuts short with the normal outro missing as well.
Cool little live album, I wouldn't say the acoustic version of these songs sound better than the originals, but they are some nice additions.
I never said anything about these b-sides, but they are some of my favourite songs MCR ever made, a damn shame they never made it onto the official release, they would've fit right in.
Can they PLEASE just drop new music already 😭🙏
BONUS TRACKS ARE ALL BANGERS THAT SHOULD'VE BEEN ON THE OFFICIAL RELEASE SCREW INTERSCOPE!!! except the I'm Designer remix which isn't listed, which I'm also gonna assume it was made as a joke since it sounds like the music equivalent to getting a lobotomy
Edit: Actually it's kinda on brand and it makes sense that I'm Designer would have a remix sounding like this considering the message of the song with the whole "diamonds in shit".
Unless the remix ... read more
No way I gave Yeezus a 70 rating in the past, great album, super energetic and chaotic.
By far my favorite layer in ULTRAKILL both thematically and musically wise.
Dragon Ball AMV music
Dang I didn't know people had such bad impressions about this album, sure it does sound mostly the same, but that's honestly what makes it good, it manages to be consistent while making every song sound just different enough to distinguish each song from one another. A pretty fun and quick listen if you enjoy this music genre, overhated in my opinion.
I can confidently say that this record will forever remain an untouchable, timeless masterpiece. Random Access Memories managed to breath life back into disco in a time where it's mostly considered an outdated music genre. Incredible stuff all around, super fun listen.
NOT what i expected from something called "Phantom Island". A pleasant surprise nonetheless.
Honestly this might be the best form of music I've ever heard in my life. The way every song has a perfect transition and then loops back to the beginning is genius. Now I have to check out other projects by King Gizzard. Nonagon Infinity opened my door.
A7X in their prime metalcore era, I can for sure see why it's considered a classic.
