undiscovered gem. an exercise in isolation and anger as a young 20something in NYC. so unusual and frenzied but haunting and beautiful all the same. i've always loved this album but as of right now it's found me in my lowest of lows and i've never understood it better. one of my all time favorites and biggest inspirations to me as a person and artist, fucking strange absurdist masterpiece. it doesn't get any better than this.
Once again.,. all my favorite little quirks and details from the demo are unfortunately not present in the studio mix, but I really don't think it would be bothering me at all if I hadn't spent months religiously listening to those YouTube videos out of starvation for new Lowertown music.
