"as the partial creator of this album (i produced it, my friends wrote and sang their tracks, credits are on bandcamp) i have refrained from commenting on reviews of my album… until now thank you for this, this was a treat to read. i’m glad spending time with the album and thinking about it after you heard it made it click, that’s genuinely super cool, and is the desired effect i wanted to achieve with this album. it’s ugly and messy and today i sorta spiraled about making this album, being slightly embarrassed by it, but reading this now has made me appreciate what i’ve made again. i made this album for myself, but i also did want to try and reach some people with it in a way that matters thank you, stay tuned for more riv"
