monday is the song to listen to when youre searching the sea for a long lost love. i really love this song and its easily my favorite of the released singles. from the beginning the instrumental puts you in the sea and i love that. the lyricism is great, you can feel him yearning for someone or even something, and see that he doesn't really know what to do with himself. with this single it really feels like vanisher might be the opposite of fmty, with quadeca yearning for and going after someone rather than growing apart and losing someone. the only downside to this is that i have no idea where it's going next! it makes me so ready to hear vanisher to put pieces together and see the story this song is really hiding. i dont think i've loved mondays as much as i do now.
