This album gave me a mix of emotions. i’ll be bopping my head on one song, then thinking on the other. This was a really good introduction to the bands music and one of the best album debuts i’ve ever heard in my life. A really enjoyable, experimental metal album and I am very excited to listen to the other 4 albums
the songs that Randy is singing in have so much passion towards them, it’s insane. Besides that, the instrumentals give me feelings of watching the movie again and it’s really nostalgic.
I never really listened to her music too much before this, but this album was a good introduction. Not a big fan of club banger, but this was definitely a club banger! Her vocals on this album, with obvious autotune, are very good and dreamy in a way. and the lyrics of the album being repeated in a really good way, making the songs way more catchy.
it’s so haunting and skin-crawling that it makes me wanna continue to enjoy the adventure of the album.
never been a big fan of theatre-core until i listened to the full album. It gives me a feeling of warmness and comfort, but at the same time loneliness and sorrow, especially with the meanings of the some songs.
This was a turn for Ski Mask, with WDYM being a bit psychedelic and him using more hyper beats on songs like Shibuya and Monsters Inc. I enjoyed the listen of this album, but it wasn’t anything near the best album in the world. It was okay, nothing really terrible about the album.
I feel like this album is a pretty underrated Queen project. Made in Heaven has some of the best vocal performances i’ve ever heard, with examples like Made in Heaven, Let Me Live, and Too Much Love Will Kill You. With some of these songs being performed by a deathly ill Freddie Mercury just makes the sound feel so much more passionate and honest. Beautifully-made and was a great way of ending the Queen discography in my personal opinion.
no, not even giving this one a listen after the regular version I just put myself through. Not a chance.
I was heading into this album, hoping for it to be some of Swift's best work. Something new, some change, but absolutely not.
This album is one of the most boring pop albums I have heard in recent memory. Most of the songs have similar instrumentals with the same lazy deliveries coming from Taylor's singing. Some people say the reason why we hate projects like this that we get from Taylor is because shes too rich and famous to have any value in what she is talking about... to that I disagree ... read more
beautiful voice and a calming instrumental, i also like the message to the song.
someone who wants to love a girl but doesn’t know the best way to show it besides making them feel freedom.
sounds like every other CAS song, so i’m not complaining too much.
This album is a very good mix of underground hip hop and poor mixing, but the poor mixing of the album is what gives it its bliss. it sort of reminds me of the album, “Some Rap Songs” by Earl Sweatshirt, which i’ve recently rated as well. The Aminé feature was really good and the sound of the chorus on the song Dizzy is really chill and catchy. i enjoyed this album and am excited to see what RiTchie can do now that he is by himself.
This song is a work of beauty.
The raw and intense vocals she brings into the track, especially around the end are incredible.
the instrumental is catchy and really brings out the blissfulness of the song.
the message is also beautifully displayed throughout the lyrics.
song of the year in my opinion.
The message of this album is very good, the delivery however is just okay.
I like the idea that J. Cole is kind of stuck in his own head and all he has is KiLL edward in his head to distract him from the addictions to drugs and love. Some of the songs are groovy and very laidback, however some of these songs are just boring and the flow can be sloppy/lazy, depending on the beat used in the song. The song FRIENDS is an example of sloppy flow, with the chorus coming from edward is pretty lazy and ... read more
An album I was super excited to listen to was this album. It’s from an artist who isn’t very popular, but makes simple music to listen to and really feel peace with each minute of the track.
A Lonely Sinner is such a beautiful album full of peaceful, pretty vocals and natural instrumental from the guitar. I also feel like these songs where they are 10+ minutes long are really underrated, especially since most of the popular songs nowadays are around 2-3 minutes long. They can be so ... read more
“3.15.20” by Childish Gambino has got to be one of the most flavorful and experimental albums i’ve ever heard.
From songs like 24.19 to Time featuring Ariana Grade, it’s a blissful album full of really good metallic melodies and instrumentals.
I feel like this is my favorite Childish Gambino album (doesn’t help it has the same name as my birthday).
probably one of the first artists to put 21 Savage on a moody, experimental beat and make him sound perfect on ... read more
“YOUNG GENIUS” by lil mabu is an example of what happens when you use an old joke repeatedly and it fails to entertain the fans like it used to. The songs are corny and all he talks about is “hello, i’m a rich white kid who be carrying guns to the hood” it’s getting pretty old at this point and it’s not even catchy.
This album sort of reminds me of a compilation album with most of these songs coming out over a year ago. Mathematical Disrespect and Rich ... read more
“ITS US. VOL1” is the debut album of the group created by Lil Yachty called Concrete Boys. With this album being the first project Lil Yachty has been apart of since his drop of “Let’s Start Here.”, I figured I would understand the sound of this project. However I was wrong..
This album is fun and very diverse with it’s sound and the voices coming from the different artists from the group. It was less psychedelic than I was expecting. I think the only major ... read more
It was a meh album.
“Might Delete Later” is an album no one was really expecting and sort of came out at an awkward time with the extensive beef going on between Kendrick Lamar. Some bland lines here and there but some decent beats and production on tracks.
Questionable lines like the one transphobic “wordplay” in the song titled “Pi”
“They plead the filth, i’m seeing hints of a trans fella, In cancel culture’s vicinity, he’s no ... read more
beautiful indie rock EP that I would recommend to anybody who wants to expand their taste into this genre.
4 beautiful songs put into one whole.
I enjoyed each track, and have had this on repeat for a couple of days now.
It's boring and has nothing special to it.
Each flow that Joyner gave to the songs was bland.
Conway The Machine did a great feature for the album on the song Sticks & Stones, but not even he could save the album.
Not a very fun album whatsoever and should be his last album.
