GNX

As 'GNX' opens, it seems that Kendrick is attempting to keep up the sound that made 'Not Like Us' so popular. While this does work, it initially leaves this album nowhere near achieving the genius of his previous albums, but as 'luther' and 'man at the garden' come onto the scene it becomes clear that he has, in fact, retained his artistic flair. This may not be his best, and may not be album of the year, or even rap album of the year, but it's nice to have the GOAT back
