there are some songs on this EP that are so good, it gives me dementia on what the fuck is going to happen at the end of make it hurt; despite everything and every small fault. this is an amazing outlet of raw intense emotion. can't stop can't stop can't stop. creatively, a very cool 80s inspired album pace for surf curse, I do like their take quite a lot; although the middle of their songs can get quite dull, the middle of the album just feels like quite cheesy, but that is very in theme, just not my style. I had a very long more-so rant for this album, but I believe it has grown on me a bit more since being released. I did in fact like it when it came out as well but it all felt very cheaply mixed to me, still some beats do not feel very organic which may be the point of it but it still affects me where I can't go all gung-ho on after hours! the bonus tracks certainly helped, the composition on those felt a little more natural easy going.
