This second soundtrack of macross II really is way better. Focusing more on the hope side of the anime, the overall production quality is higher and the Kasahara Hiroko songs are just god works. My favorites songs of the entire series.

Anime was bad but we can't say that about the soundtrack. Shiro Sagisu made a great job at making us in a space war ambiance and the singing songs are also great
