this is such an outstanding album, from trumpet solos, saxophones, and bird sounds. guitar noise that is nearly exact to king gizzards there is so much happening inside this relatively small album every song has blown my expectations to unbelievable proportions. a must-listen for sure
i don't like this as much as their other albums, however a great album a lot of the meat kinda melds together but there are a couple of fantastic stand outs
I loved the distopian and doom sensations they provide in their albums. certainly have a psych-rock vibe like King gizzard but they have a taste and personality of their own
This album was amazing! I found illusions of Grandeur to be somewhat lacking but it doesn’t take away from the album concept. The old 60’s tv audio is so interesting and draws you in
