I like this record a lot, but its hard not to acknowledge its flaws.

The first half of the album is very good. The second half has a lot of misses. Burning Bridges, Hallstatt, People Pleaser, Where'd You Go?, and even Summit, Pt. 1 are painfully corny and/or unpleasant to listen to. All six songs on Disc 2 however, are excellent.

Not my favorite Quadeca album, but this was my first true introduction to his music after I heard Insecure. Definitely some interesting production, features, and lyrics which has meant that most of the track list hasn’t aged very well, but I feel as though there is a certain charm to a number of songs that keeps me coming back.

I Didn’t Mean To Haunt You in its concept and as a full experience is basically a perfect album in my eyes. I’ve been a Quadeca fan for a while now, but I admittedly didn’t keep up with the rollout for this project, so my first impressions were reserved for the full release.
