Me Chama de Gato que Eu Sou Sua é exatamente o que o pop brasileiro precisava em 2023. É um álbum quase que de homenagem, com interpolações de outros artistas brasileiros. Sua sonoridade segue o caminho do álbum anterior, com instrumentos orquestrados mas com um toque mais "disco" em algumas faixas.
A Ana sabe muito o que faz. Esse é um álbum carregado de referências, algumas muito diferentes das outras mas suas sonoridades se encontram perfeitamente nesse álbum excêntrico.
Mormaço Queima, com sua sonoridade surrealista e com raízes discutivelmente dadaístas, não é só um álbum musical, é uma experiência, daquelas que você pode até esquecer, mas a memória sempre vai estar lá no fundo. Liricamente é o trabalho mais fraco dela, mas é evidente a rebeldia dela na época.
Fairly good, great composition, it looks like they tried to land their feet in the ground a little and I hope they never raise them again.
Decent music, but again, AJR projects keep getting more and more forgettable. Despite that, the composition here, as childish as it, goes from touching and soulful to funny (not in a mockery way) and joyful. +5 points for Kendrick Lamar reference.
Dude, what happened? It looks like AJR was trying to copy everything that Neotheater did "right" but ended with just 5 good songs and the rest is just too forgettable to be even bad.
AJR somehow showed that they can make some pretty decent music if they want to. While Neotheater clearly isn't perfect, far from it actually, it does have a decent (still corny tho) production and composition, as their most conceptual work yet.
Good album. That's it, nothing really special, good singles, decent b-sides, great concept, but not that memorable.
