Yachty is with his gang of artists with similar vibes and overall it turns out well Yachty’s skills don’t need to be spoken of because he’s by far the most experienced here but in my opinion Camo! stuns on every appearance he has except on maybe Dialed In which is probably my least favorite on the album. Draft Day is in my opinion the weakest member but I’m hoping he improves on solo work or on more group albums.
My hottest take is me thinking MGK's pop-punk music is overall not that bad. In fact I honestly somewhat enjoy it. Some of his lyrics like the painter - depressionist line on the opening track are painfully corny but I think as music I genuinely enjoy listening to it
I had to review this album for one specific reason...The Lil Uzi Vert feature on the Never Bend Remix. Uzi without question steals the show and not only gives the best verse on the album but also gives one of the best performances of their entire career, I cannot recommend that song enough.
The potential Fivio showed on Off The Grid gave me so much hope for this album when it was first announced and now upon relistening to it multiple times over the years it just shows that he has talent to make exceptional drill music he just seems to not live up to it.
He’s on a run right now in terms of music releases and he is getting better and better
This is doo doo garbage it’s completely lifeless and so so so so so so so SO fucking boring it doesn’t even have the courtesy to be fun bad it’s just so fucking lifeless and agonizingly basic and once again…utterly lifeless
There are a few forgettable tracks on the album but those highlights hit harder than few tracks ever could
