Fun pop-punk album. Moments of nostalgia. Not my favorite genre, so not blown away, but a fun listen nonetheless. “Kick” is the standout.
A very hot and cold album for me. The first three tracks are a bit boring, but it seems to have redeeming moments like on “Cowbella”. After this track the album picks up and is quite fun.
What can I say other than I was unaware this existed until yesterday, after loving “Death Jokes”. “Freedom” is one of my favorite albums of all time. I started my Amen Dunes (Damon) journey with “Love”. Damon’s music is special and unlike maybe anything I’ve ever listened to before. The voice + storytelling.

Fantastic start, tracks two + three were right in the middle, not the best, not the worst. Really enjoyed the energy brought back in track 4. Also enjoyed track 7, “Microphase”. Tracking 8’s bouncy progression is also quite fun. “Below the Surface” is a very nice closer — very slow dredged build to the end.
Loved track one, little undecided on track two, into track 3 but it died off a bit for me as it went on, same with track 4 Track 5 “Girl Loves Me” is top.
