"Palo Santo" does a great job at being a pop album. With well-written, radio-friendly pop tracks and the essential pop-ballads here and there, Years and Years' second album feels a lot like a traditional pop album -- in a good way, a very good way.

Although being a welcome improvement over their debut album "Don't You", "Still Run" falls flat in the second half of the record. The first few songs are great -- "You're Not Wrong", "Lately" and "There's A Reason" are easily the best and most distinctive tracks of the album.
