The beats are stupid. The Vocals Suck! The Mix is Claustrophobic at best. More Autotune Nails On Chalkboard Vocals.

I really like the way the vocals are recorded but found the music arrangements overall to be kinda irritating. Sure, it works for one or two songs, but not everyone. To me this is more like a on stage show-tunes kind of album. The lyrics are okay, but don't really hold the songs together. O.K., Now that all the media hype is over and I got to actually listen to 'Anima' about 20 times I feel like I can give it a fair and honest review. It's a good album. Is it as great as the critiques say? NO! It is very mediocre. Not bad, just O.K.

Once again the "media critics" are really over exaggerating and hyping this album. Is is bad? NO!
Is it outstanding? No! It is just a simple album with about 3 good songs on it? Yes! It has about 3 good songs if you are in the mood for those songs. So yea, I give this album 73/100. That is actually really good. :)
Pitchfork is especially full of it on this album. They think it's one of the best albums. lol.
