Went in to this with no expectations, half expecting myself to turn it off a few songs in, and was very pleasantly surprised. This album is one of the first times I've really felt interested in straight up "pop" music and is just a super fun listen from start to end.

Favourite tracks: Twice, Baby, Yuck
Least favourites: Good Ones, Every Rule

Possibly my all-time favourite Gizz song. Pretty much hits everything I love about the band and features some of the coolest dual guitar work I've heard

Album #11 (Jan. 15th)

This is quite a cool "indie-tronica" album (though I dislike that term). As I kind of expected going in knowing the genre, the production and sound-design here is pretty great and a major highlight of the album. Particularly, I love the blend of strings with electronic elements that is used across the album. The drums on "This Room" are also notably awesome.

It's pretty crazy that I'm only giving this album a full listen now, after being a passive LCDSS fan for 5 or so years and them being one of my favourite bands for the past couple.
