DUE FOR REVIEW

So this album was a mixed bag. Most of the songs were okay, with one being very very good and a couple others being straight up garbage, but one thing i will say is that none of them sounded like the other. He may not be the best singer or writer around but boy he sure is original.

I was not expecting much but wow was i disappointed. She has a gorgeous voice, and really really good intonation. But im convinced her label sabotaged her or some shit because the writing and production on this album is some of the worst ive ever heard. Its souless, generic, and honestly really limiting in showing her talent as an artist. I hope that in the future she will be provided with better songwriters because it was actually so boring to get through the whole thing.

I got mixed feelings on this one because I have the feeling she has been pumping out a bunch of mediocre, attention grabbing music to appeal to the masses and get a proper hit for a while. Truth is she has not made much noise since "die first", arguably one of her biggest hits to date. So I think she went for the one thing she knows will sell: sex.
