I’m so excited for a new underscores era ðŸ˜. It’s kind of strange to see all of these artists who I love for their storytelling switch gears this hard, but it is difficult to be mad when the music (😂😂😂) is this good.

With every new deadAir release, it becomes clearer and clearer that they may just be the best label currently around. “K1” the debut album from Vancouver based artist Kmoe, only solidifies this fact.

It's hard to describe how much I adore this album. Although I didn't expect it when I first listened to it, this ended up being my most listened (and probably favorite) album of last year. “Blush” works better in the context of a group than a Kevin Abstract album.
I know that plenty of people were thrown off by the project of Kevin creating a new group, especially with how Brockhampton ended. Such an incredible album. Each song tells a different tale following similar themes, creating a never ending web of self pity and sadness. Song songs are so incredibly fun while others are a little less pronounced, really letting you bask in the uncomfortable nature of the narrator’s. Love the jazz elements and I think Greep in not only an incredible writer but also an incredible vocalist. Very excited to see what he does next.
