Oh, vie, tu es ma vie! Doja is trying to prove that she can be a pop girl while also being a rapper, and she did. While it's true that the segments of the songs are very obvious, the mixing and the beat make the transition enjoyable and seamless. In this new era of Doja, certain songs have that Scarlet hue that most of her fans liked, me included, which is again, great.
