A album so diverse but so, same like at the same time it feels like a time warp. I really tried locking in but when the transition between Dumb & Blast off happened i just didn't notice and was so starstruck when i found out. The synthwork in this album is so good and the details are really well put together.
Probably one of my favorite post-punk albums ever, Shame really has everything figured out with their sound. The tone on the guitars are super nice but laid back at the same time, the bassist is a freak and is just ramming his way through every song where he also adds these nice details in vocals; Concrete, One Rizla, The Lick etc, etc.
Their sound is super obscure and detailed.
Before i heard this album i was familiar with like 2/3 song from them, i must say this album did surprise me but didn't really catch my eye still. After a full listen i would say this is a real great album but not for me.
