Decent instrumentals weighted down by the most repetitive and awful lyrics I have heard in a while

Least favorites: I Hate The Way I Look Today, Goodbye Henry, Beware.. The South London Lover Boy
If only the middle section was longer and/or the intro was a separate interlude track
